Jessups Lake is a lake in close proximity, and in the vicinity of Birdwood Lake you find a golf course called Meadow Creek Golf Course at Pen Park. Yeah, come here to Birdwood Lake for
a perfect time. So many exciting things to do here at Birdwood Lake, too perfect to be true. The nice folks of Charlottesville like to hang out close by, and get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater of Buck Mountain Creek.
Birdwood Lake is a good place of typical rain; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is January.
This lake is so wonderful. You're probably keen on lakes, Charlottesville Reservoir
is one of those nearby, and after a long day outdoors THE CAVALIER INN AT THE UNIVERSITY is a glorious place to spend a night or two. Morey Creek is in the vicinity of Birdwood Lake and is always a pleasure to pop by; why not take a refreshing hike along the Falls Trail.
