Goose Creek is a brilliant whitewater spot in close proximity to Beaverdam Reservoir, and stopping by Catoctin Mountain Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. There's so much to do here at Beaverdam Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Chisel Branch Campground is a good location for that; if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cub Run. This lake is       so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Leesburg is a great site to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Beaverdam Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Turtle Run Campground. Beaverdam Dam is a wonderful site in the vicinity of Beaverdam Reservoir, and perhaps you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Alder Lake is just a very short distance away. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. It's a wonderful                  idea to pop by Beaverdam Creek, it's near Beaverdam Reservoir, and enjoy a round of golf at Westpark Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. This is a glorious region for folks who like lakes. Tippecanoe Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. For the period of the days of summer at Beaverdam Reservoir highs are usually in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Beaverdam Reservoir are in the 10's. Beaverdam Reservoir is a good spot of normal precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
