Beaverdam Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are truly plentiful here at Beaverdam Pond. Ruther Glen Howard Johnson Express Inn is a great place to get some rest, and Beaverdam Pond is not the only location close by, Buzzard Roost Pond is a close by lake. Campground 721 is a good local campground, and don't leave Beaverdam Pond without first going for a hike along the Sawdust Trail. Paddling on Little River - North Anna Tributary is so much fun; if you've had enough of Beaverdam Pond, Lonesome Gulch Pond is close by. There's great hiking along the Gracik Trail, and whitewater paddling is splendid on North Anna River. | |

Beaverdam Pond gets a typical amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls through May; February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not visit Beaverdam Pond Dam while you're here; wonderful hiking is available along
