Camp Little Bay is a good campground nearby; there's always Barricks Dam to stop at near Barricks Pond. Barricks Pond is a wet spot that gets much rain;       during May this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. There are other locations here than Barricks Pond, for example Barricks Millpond, and if you came for an overnight stay Grey's Point Campground is a wonderful spot to camp. Through the days of summer highs here at Barricks Pond reach the 80's, and the overnight is a tad chillier of course, usually in the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's while the cold winter nights                  at Barricks Pond are in the 20's. Spend the day on the beach at White Stone Beach if you're here at Barricks Pond, and Duck Pond is a great lake nearby.
