Summer brings highs in the 90's to Yellow Cat Reservoir with overnight lows in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Yellow Cat Reservoir. Soar down the rapids of Colorado River in a kayak, and if you came to camp Spanish Trail RV Park-Campground is a wonderful spot to do that. Yellow Cat Reservoir is pretty dry mostly;       October is when you get the most rain here while February is typically the driest month. There's so much to do here at Yellow Cat Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Moab's SlickRock Campground RV and Tent Camping Resort is a good site for that, and hiking along the Moab Slickrock Trail is magnificent fun. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Red Stone Inn is a great choice, and The Poison Strip is a scenic place any time of                  year. If you haven’t been to Arches National Park, you ought to schedule some time for it since you're here; dry warm beds await you at Sorrel River Ranch Resort.
