    The beauty of Yankee Meadows Reservoir is reason enough to stop by. Yankee Meadows Reservoir is a location that is relatively dehydrated frequently; during August this area sees the most rain, and June meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Thunder Ridge Campground, and Vermillion Castle Campground is a wonderful campground here. Don't leave Yankee Meadows Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Alpine Pond Trail,  
   and hey, Gotta ski right? Brian Head is a fine place to do that.
Places like Yankee Meadows are great to go to It's always good to stop by Sixmile Spring. For the duration of the summertime at Yankee Meadows Reservoir temperatures are frequently in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Yankee Meadows Reservoir dipping down into
 
               the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. You can take a little spree to Yankee Meadows Dam since you're here at Yankee Meadows Reservoir, and delightful hiking is available along the Rattlesnake Creek Trail.
Cedar Breaks Lodge and Spa is a tremendous place to get some rest, and do stop by Center Creek if you're here at Yankee Meadows Reservoir. The summit of Henderson Hill can be spotted from Yankee Meadows Reservoir, and there are glorious places to explore along the Spruce Trail.
So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Yankee Meadows Reservoir, too good to be true. A great nearby hotel is Cedar Breaks Lodge, and since you're here why not take a look at Dark Hollow.
