If you came for an overnight stay Western Heritage RV Park is a good location to camp, and Wooley Reservoir is a spot with many visitors from Vernal.       Wooley Reservoir is frequently a relatively arid site; October is the month that gets the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of White River close to Wooley Reservoir, and Econo Lodge Downtown is a splendid location to get some rest. For the period of the warm months at Wooley Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 90's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.
