This lake is located in the wonderful Uinta Mountains. So much fun stuff to do at Wooley Lakes, so little time. A nice place to camp here at Wooley Lakes is Spirit Lake Campground. These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains. There's whitewater on Uinta River for all you adrenaline junkies, and hiking along the Icy Hill Dugway is perfect fun. Going for a hike along the Shale       Dugway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and Wooley Lakes is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Paradise Campground is a perfect local campground. If you need a location to stay Best Western Inn is a good choice, and do take a hike on the Dry Fork Trail. For the duration of the summer months at Wooley Lakes highs are usually in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Highs during                  the wintertime are commonly in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Wooley Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. There are other spots here than Wooley Lakes, for example Dollar Lake, and you don’t have to go far from Wooley Lakes to distinguish the water at Whiterocks Lake Dam.
