At Willow Creek Reservoir during the summertime highs are in the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's while Willow Creek Reservoir overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. Willow Creek Reservoir is pretty dried up regularly; during       March this area sees the most rain while July is typically the driest month. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Michaelson Springs; Lund's Drive In and Campground is a fine campground nearby. If you came for an overnight stay Lunds Campground is a pleasant spot to camp; Willow Creek Reservoir is not the only place nearby, Olsen Slough is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. There is a pleasant hiking trail in the neighborhood of Willow Creek                  Reservoir called the Oak Belt Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Salina/Scenic Hills Area. Near Willow Creek Reservoir you stumble on the Harmon Trail which is a good hiking trail. This location is peerless, just check out all the entertaining things to do right next door to Willow Creek Reservoir.
