So much amusing stuff to do here at Upper Yellow Pine Lake, too nice to be true. Do check out Castle Lake in close proximity to Upper Yellow Pine Lake, it's a scenic lake, and do take a hike on the Littles Fork Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Uinta Mountains. Beaver Creek Campground is a glorious local campground; after a long day outdoors The Lodge at Stillwater is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful.

| | A good location for whitewater paddling close to Upper Yellow Pine Lake is Provo River, and Upper Yellow Pine Lake is right by the Nobletts Creek Trail. At Upper Yellow Pine Lake all through the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's while Upper Yellow Pine Lake night low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Chalk | |

Creek is a tremendous whitewater spot in the vicinity of Upper Yellow Pine Lake, and you can have a splendid hiking adventure along the Smith Morehouse Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uinta Mountains. If
you need a site to stay Mac's Motel is a fine choice, and at Upper Yellow Pine Lake you can make out Castle Peak. At Upper Yellow Pine Lake you don’t see much rainfall; the month with most of the rain is April, and July on the other
hand is the driest. All year is a splendid time in the Uinta Mountains if you love the outdoors. You'll find a beautiful lake called Lower Yellow Pine Lake near Upper Yellow Pine Lake, and why not camp at Yellow Pine Campground while you're here at Upper Yellow Pine Lake.
