The beauty of Upper Red Castle Lake attracts many people from all around. So many amusing things in the Uinta Mountains, just tremendous. Get wet paddling on Blacks Fork - West Fork, and on a good day you can take a hike along the High Line Trail. The vista of striking Red Castle near Upper Red Castle Lake is wonderful, and since you're here, you could also stop at pretty Red Castle Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything

Castle Lake that you need to camp here for a while, China Meadows Campground is a tremendous place for that, and if you're popping by from Evanston, you won't be the only one. It is very dried out here at Upper Red Castle Lake ordinarily;
the wettest month of the year is commonly September, that's the one that rains the most, and January meanwhile is the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful.
