If you're here at Toms Lake, you could go to Red Creek; after a long day outdoors Cedar Breaks Lodge and Spa is a great place to spend a night or two. Toms Lake is a location that is quite arid commonly; most of the rain falls through August while June is mostly the driest month. But wait, there's more to do close to Toms Lake. Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa is a brilliant location       to get some rest, and going for a hike on the Rattlesnake Creek Trail is always a splendid adventure. There are other places here than Toms Lake, for example Deer Lake, and don't leave Toms Lake without first going for a hike along the Spruce Trail. It's always tremendous to stop at Eagle Spring. Lakes? Sure, First Lake is in close proximity. During the warm months at Toms Lake highs are usually in the 90's while night lows are commonly in the 50's. The                  winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Toms Lake descend into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The top of Eagle Peak is easily spotted from Toms Lake, and a cool spot to stop by is Strawberry Point. Head up to Brian Head and strap some skis to your feet, and Deep Canyon is a nice place to spend some time. Just can't get enough of Toms Lake. If you haven’t been to Cedar Breaks National Monument, you have to schedule some time for it while you're here, and Toms Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Cedar Canyon - Dixie National Forest is a magnificent local campground. Go for a hike on the Alpine Pond Trail.
