Summer brings highs in the 80's to Tidwell Reservoir while overnight lows are generally in the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Tidwell Reservoir are in the 0's. There are tremendous locations to discover along the Meadow Gulch Salt Gulch Trail, and if       you need a location to stay Wonderland Inn is a magnificent choice. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Stair Trail is always a nice adventure; do put some time aside to spend at Tidwell Spring while you're here at Tidwell Reservoir. Near Tidwell Reservoir you discover the Jackson Dugway which is a pleasant hiking trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Tidwell Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Pole Campground. A                  lake close by is Mill Meadow Reservoir; Fremont Bench is something you shouldn't miss if you're here. And that's not all you can do here at Tidwell Reservoir. A great close by hotel is Days Inn Torrey - Capital Reef, and you can stay the night at Pah Ga Ne A Campground. A visit to Capitol Reef National Park is worthwhile; Tidwell Reservoir is not the only location close by, Mill Meadow Reservoir is a close by lake. That right there is heaps already, but it keeps on going; Tidwell Reservoir has it all. It is very waterless here at Tidwell Reservoir ordinarily; most of the rain falls all through August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
