This lake is so wonderful. Browne Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out, and Tepee Lakes is not far at all from Vernal. Tepee Lakes gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls during May while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's wonderful hiking along the Uinta Highline Trail, and if you get bored of Tepee Lakes you could also stop at close       by Sheep Creek Reservoir. Man, is there a lot of fun things to do in the Uinta Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Dry Fork Trail, and you can stay the night at Deep Creek Campground. The Uinta Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Go for a hike on the Icy Hill Dugway; Brown Lake Campground is a glorious campground nearby. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Tepee Lakes is great!. High temperatures at Tepee Lakes all through the warm                  days of summer are in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's.
