The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Superior Lake. You simply should go for Superior Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the High Line Trail; while you're here at Superior Lake it's a nice idea to stop at Garfield Basin. Here at Superior Lake you'll possibly meet some folks from Evanston; Superior Lake is a good       site to visit for more than one day, Beaver Dam Campground is a good site to camp nearby. Superior Lake is one of the lakes here in the Uinta Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. These mountains rock, just check out all the amusing stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Blacks Fork - East Fork, and the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best. Take a hike on                  the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail, and Swift Creek Campground is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Superior Lake Dam next to Superior Lake is scenic; a charming lake like Little Superior Lake is a good place to take a look at. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Uinta Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Lake Fork offers some great whitewater, and do check out Five Point Lake, it's a scenic lake.
