This site rocks, just look at all the enjoyable things to do near Stewart Lake. Camping at Bonanza RV and Mobile Home Campground is always a magnificent experience; there are pleasant places to look at along the Red Rock Nature Trail. A great close by hotel is Lazy K Motel, and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on White River. This lake is so wonderful. Split       Mountain Motel is a delightful place to get some rest; whitewater paddling is splendid on Green River. While you're here at Stewart Lake you will meet lots of people from close by Vernal, and don't leave Stewart Lake without first going for a hike along the Daniels Trail. The warmest time of the year at Stewart Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's,                  and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Stewart Lake fall into the 0's. Kane Hollow is close to Stewart Lake and is a pleasant spot; if you came to camp Split Mountain Gorge Campground is a perfect location to do that. Stewart Lake gets very little rain; October is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
