After a long day outdoors Best Western Antlers is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Steinaker Reservoir generally tend to be in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows throughout the winter for Steinaker Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.       A nice site to camp here at Steinaker Reservoir is Arch Dam Campground - Ashley National Forest; you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Hideout Eagle Basin Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uinta Mountains. Steinaker Dam is a place that is in the vicinity of Steinaker Reservoir, and do stop by Stauffer Chemical Tailings Pond North, it's a scenic lake. Not much precipitation falls here at Steinaker Reservoir; throughout                  October this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is February. All year is a great time in the Uinta Mountains if you love the outdoors. Camping at Antelope Flat - Ashley National Forest is always a magnificent experience; close to Steinaker Reservoir you locate a golf course called Dinaland Golf Course. If you're here at Steinaker Reservoir, checking out Rock Point is a must; do take a hike on the Red Rock Nature Trail. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Steinaker Reservoir. Rodeway Inn Vernal is a great spot to get some rest; Burns Bench Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could explore. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Uinta Mountains, too delightful to be true.
