There are good spots to explore along the Jackson Dugway; you can stay the night at Pole Campground. Good hiking is available along the Meadow Gulch Salt Gulch Trail. Lakes? Sure, Mill Meadow Reservoir is in the neighborhood. That right there is loads already, but it continues; Spring Reservoir has it all. Nearby Briggs Hollow is a great place to go if you're at Spring       Reservoir, and do set aside some time for Cedarless Flat since you're here at Spring Reservoir. Spring Reservoir is commonly a pretty arid spot; the wettest month of the year is usually March, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is June. There are other spots here than Spring Reservoir, for example Mill Meadow Reservoir; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Ox Spring. Don't miss out on a visit to Capitol Reef National Park while                  you're here at Spring Reservoir. After a long day outdoors Wonderland Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two, and swing by Willow Springs it's a brilliant location to check out. At Spring Reservoir through the warm months highs are in the 90's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Spring Reservoir plunge into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Spring Reservoir without first checking out Second Ledges, and if you need a site to stay Richfield Travelodge is a good choice. Go for a hike on the Great Western Trail.
