Do stop by South Pond while you're in this part of Utah. Whitewater paddling is nice on Ogden River, and lots of folks from Ogden-Clearfield come here. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at South Pond. After a long day outdoors Bushnell Motel is a great location to spend a night or two, and the slopes of Wolf Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. This lake is so wonderful. Put some time aside to spend at Rees Spring if you're here at South

Galaxie Motel is a great place to get some rest, and you're possibly interested in lakes, North Pond is one of those close by. Throughout the warm months at South Pond temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are regularly in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at South Pond temperatures | |

This lake is so wonderful. Camping at South Pond is good fun, Golden Spike RV Park is a good local campground; if you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Weber River.
South Pond is a location that is quite dehydrated usually; the month with most of the rain is May, and July on the other hand is the driest. South Pond is a nice place to camp, Brigham City Koa Kampground is a nice place, and hey,
Gotta ski right? Powder Mountain is a perfect place to do that.
Nearby Hansen Canyon is a good location to go if you're at South Pond, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Skyline Trail.
