High temperatures at Solitaire Lake all through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's; the night is a bit colder of course, generally in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight       here at Solitaire Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Solitaire Lake; Stair Trail is a great local trail, and almost certainly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Middle Reservoir is just a very short distance away. A fine spot to pop by near Solitaire Lake is Willow Patch, and if you need a site to stay Hidden Falls Hotel is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's                  for you then we recommend Fremont River. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Solitaire Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sandcreek RV Park; spots like Dog Flat are great to explore. That right there is a heap already, but it keeps on going; Solitaire Lake has it all. Go for a hike on the Aquarius Trail; after a long day outdoors Days Inn Torrey - Capital Reef is a wonderful place to spend a night or two. Good hiking is available along the Pollywog Lake Trail, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can pop by Middle Donkey Dam.
