Don't leave Snow Lake without first going for a hike along the CCC Trail; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Huntington Creek. There's great hiking along the Chris Otteson Trail, and a tremendous site to camp here at Snow Lake is Seely Creek Campground. It is very dried up here at Snow Lake frequently; during August this area sees       the most rain, and the driest month of the year is June. If you come at the right time of year, Cottonwood Creek offers some nice whitewater, and camping at Bear Creek Campground is always a delightful experience. If you need a place to stay SUPER 8 MOTEL - PRICE is a brilliant choice. Summer at Snow Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's.
