At Smiths Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; most of the rain falls during August, and the driest of the months is January. Do pop by Rim Reservoir close to Smiths Reservoir, it's a striking lake; there's good hiking along the Rocky Ford Trail. Having a brilliant time at Smiths Reservoir is simple. If you're here, you might as well visit Burnt Hollow, and great skiing awaits       you at Elk Meadows. If you need a location to stay Marianna Inn Motel is a perfect choice. Camping is available at Circleville RV Park and Store, and Sevier River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. You'll come across a beautiful lake called Rocky Ford Reservoir near Smiths Reservoir; hiking is a popular thing to do around Smiths Reservoir; Burnt Hollow Trail is a brilliant local trail. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect place to camp here at Smiths                  Reservoir is Fats Country Cafe; why not take a refreshing hike along the Skyline National Recreation Trail. For the duration of the days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Smiths Reservoir with night lows in the 50's.
