Silver Lake is located in the Wasatch Range. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is a load already, but it keeps on going; Silver Lake has it all. A cool spot to explore close to Silver Lake is Honeycomb Cliffs; lakes are such calm places, why not stop at Twin Lakes Reservoir. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Brighton, and you can stay the night at The Spruces       Campground. For the duration of the summer months highs here at Silver Lake get into the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Silver Lake tend to be in the 10's. You truly should love the Wasatch Range. The views at California National Historic Trail will blow your mind, and you'll come across a pretty lake called Lake Mary. Silver Lake gets very little                  precipitation; the month with most of the rain is April, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
