Camping at Split Mountain Gorge Campground is always a nice experience, and there's splendid hiking along the Red Rock Nature Trail. Siddoways Reservoir is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Bonanza RV and Mobile Home Campground is a perfect local campground, and Siddoways Reservoir is a location with many visitors from Vernal. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. This lake is so       wonderful. If you need a location to stay Split Mountain Motel is a wonderful choice, and the Daniels Trail offers hiking at its best. Siddoways Reservoir is pretty dry frequently; October is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Dry warm beds await you at Lazy K Motel, and get yourself into a kayak and hit White River. Through the summer months at Siddoways Reservoir highs are frequently in the 90's while overnight                  lows are usually in the 50's.
