There's so much to do here at Shiner Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Split Mountain Gorge Campground is a glorious spot for that. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uinta Mountains. Here at Shiner Reservoir you'll in all probability meet some folks from Vernal, and if you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Downtown is a nice choice. This lake is so wonderful. On a delightful day at Shiner Reservoir you can take a hike along the Red Rock Nature Trail; Best Western Dinosaur Inn is a tremendous place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. You must positively dedicate some time to Bear Wallow while you're here at Shiner Reservoir. Shiner Reservoir is a location that is rather dry ordinarily; the month with most of the rain is April; January on the other hand is the driest.
