Not much precipitation falls here at Shiner Reservoir; April is when you get the most rain here, and January on the other hand is the driest. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the Uinta Mountains has to offer. Paddling on Green River is so much fun. This lake is located in the wonderful Uinta Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the       Jones Hole Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and Best Western Dinosaur Inn is a delightful place to get some rest. Whitewater paddling is nice on Green River, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Vernal. Hiking along the Red Rock Nature Trail is nice fun, and a great close by hotel is Econo Lodge Downtown. And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing stuff just keep reading. Bear Wallow is                  a wonderful place; if you came to camp Split Mountain Gorge Campground is a fine site to do that. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Uinta Mountains rocks! Have a nice hiking adventure along the Daniels Trail, and camping at Rainbow Park Campground is always a fine experience. All through the summer at Shiner Reservoir temperatures are generally in the 80's, and the overnight is a little chillier of course, mostly in the 50's.
