Shadow Lake is located in the Wasatch Range. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant view of beautiful Clayton Peak is available from Shadow Lake, and West Monitor Flat is a glorious site here at Shadow Lake. At Shadow Lake all through the days of summer highs are in the 90's while overnight lows are commonly in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's with temperatures at Shadow Lake dipping down into       the 10's throughout winter nights. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Shadow Lake. Gotta ski! Brighton is a good site to do that; you might also want to pay a visit to Guardsman Pass if you're here at Shadow Lake. There's glorious hiking along the Lake Desolation Trail, and Silver Lake Islet is a brilliant lake close by. Any time is a brilliant time at Shadow Lake if you fancy the outdoors. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Shadow Lake;                  The Sheep Trail is a good local trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Shadow Lake has to offer, you can camp at Park City Recreational Vehicle Resort. From a precipitation point of view Shadow Lake is a quite typical place; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Shadow Lake is a pleasant site to visit for more than one day, Park City RV Resort is a pleasant site to camp nearby; why not take a refreshing hike along the Mount Timpanogos Trail. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Wasatch Range. There are other locations here than Shadow Lake, for example Lake Brimhall, and get wet paddling on Provo River. Whitewater paddling is good on East Canyon Creek, and a golf course close by is Park City Golf Club. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Wasatch Range. All our national parks are great spots to have a look at, and California National Historic Trail is no exception. That right there is a load of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Wasatch Range has it all. An interesting thing to go to next to Shadow Lake is Silver Lake Dam, and if you need a place to stay Crescent Ridge by ResortQuest is a great choice.
