Settlement Canyon Reservoir is regularly a rather dried up spot; April is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is January. If you need a location to stay Hampton Inn Tooele is a great choice, and Spring Flats is a good spot to check out. There's so much to do here at Settlement Canyon       Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Legion Park Campground is a pleasant place for that, and if you desire a little side visit, try Left Hand Fork Settlement Canyon. This lake is so wonderful. From Settlement Canyon Reservoir you acquire a brilliant view of Little Mountain, and fine water scenery is available at Settlement Canyon Dam right next door to Settlement Canyon Reservoir. A round of golf at nearby Oquirrh Hills Golf Course is a perfect                  way to kill some time, and Anaconda Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could visit. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Settlement Canyon Reservoir. Settlement Canyon Reservoir is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Oquirrh Motor Inn is a magnificent local campground, and if you get bored of Settlement Canyon Reservoir you could also go to nearby Stansbury Lake. During the months of summer at Settlement Canyon Reservoir temperatures are typically in the 80's, and the overnight is fairly chillier of course, commonly in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Settlement Canyon Reservoir dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
