Second Water is a location that is relatively dried up commonly; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and June is the month with the least moisture. Second Water is not far at all from St. George, and if you've had enough of Second Water, White Rocks Reservoir is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A visit to Second Water wouldn't be complete without taking a look at First Water Spring; Reservoir Canyon       is another wonderful place to check out nearby. Good hiking is available along the Wate Canyon Trail; no need to travel far to explore exciting stuff like The Bench. Summertime highs at Second Water typically tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's with temperatures at Second Water dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn                  Zion is a glorious choice, and Bare Valley is a wonderful spot here at Second Water. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WASHINGTON-NORTH ST. GEORGE, and if you came for an overnight stay Pines Campground is a great location to camp. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll like Second Water. There's great hiking along the Whipple Trail, and Juniper Park Campground is a good campground nearby.
