Green River Super 8 Motel is a splendid place to get some rest, and if you're here, you could also go to gorgeous Smith Pond. Throughout the summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Saleratus Reservoir. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures       at Saleratus Reservoir dip into the 10's. That right there is plenty already, but it goes on; Saleratus Reservoir has it all. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Rafael River, and why not camp at Cedar Mountain Campground while you're here at Saleratus Reservoir. It is very arid here at Saleratus Reservoir regularly; September is the wettest month with most rain; January is when it's the                  driest.
