If you need a place to stay Willow Creek Inn is a good choice, and if you're here, do take a journey to Harmonica Point. Go for a hike on the Dairy Trail; a tremendous close by hotel is Manti Motel. Summertime highs at Rush Pond generally tend to be in the 80's. All       through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. All through the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Rush Pond are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Willow Lake Campground, and the peak of Petty Peak can be made out from Rush Pond. Ferron Creek is a perfect whitewater spot in the vicinity of Rush Pond; great hiking is available along the Blue Trail. All the outdoors entertaining                  things close to Rush Pond will keep you coming back again and again. You're possibly hooked on lakes, Ferron Reservoir is one of those close by, and Shoemaker Flat is a tremendous spot to check out. There's great hiking along the Harmon Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Rush Pond has to offer, you can camp at Ferron Reservoir Campground. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cottonwood Creek, and if you've had enough of Rush Pond, Harmonica Lake is close by.
