Hiking along the Pollywog Lake Trail is splendid fun, and there are other places here than Row Lakes, for example Purple Lake. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great planet it would be. Going for a hike along the Boulder Mail Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; lakes are such calm places, why not pop by Blue Lake. Throughout the summer months, highs usually are in the 80's at Row Lakes; the night is
a bit colder of course, usually in the 40's. All through the winter highs are usually in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Row Lakes plunge into the 0's. Put some time aside to spend at Squaw Spring if you're here at Row Lakes, and if you came to camp Rimrock Rustic Inn is a pleasant site to do that.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Row Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Blue Spruce

Campground is a good place for that, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn Torrey - Capital Reef is a great place to spend a night or two. If you're interested in cool geologic marks, try Stairs Slope. Row Lakes gets very little rain; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
Have a great hiking adventure along the Aquarius Trail, and Wonderland Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest.
