This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Mack Canyon Big Hollow Trail is brilliant fun, and not far from Rock Bottom Pond you'll discover North Willow Lake which is a charming lake. Rock Bottom Pond gets very little precipitation; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is January. Lakes are tremendous; Kanaka       Lake is a lake that's close to Rock Bottom Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Lower Narrows Campground is a fine place to camp. Through the warm days of summer at Rock Bottom Pond highs are mostly in the 90's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's.
