Not much rainfall falls here at Rex Reservoir; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and June is when it's the driest. Summertime highs at Rex Reservoir generally tend to be in the 90's with night lows in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are typically in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Rex       Reservoir. Why not camp at Salina Creek RV Camp while you're here at Rex Reservoir, and Twin Ponds is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. Yeah, come here to Rex Reservoir for a tremendous time. You can run the rapids of Salina Creek near Rex Reservoir, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Rex Reservoir; Winkel Bob Trail is a pleasant local trail. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous close by hotel is Hampton Inn Richfield; why not take                  a refreshing hike along the Koosharem Guard Station Scrub Flat Trail. If you came for an overnight stay Butch Cassidy Campgrounds is a great location to camp; a lake close by is Broadhead Lakes. Budget Host Inn Richfield is a glorious location to get some rest, and don't leave Rex Reservoir without first checking out Coonah Bench. This lake is so wonderful.
