Many people like to go to Red Lake. Summertime highs at Red Lake mostly tend to be in the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Cadillac Ranch RV Park is a wonderful campground nearby, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Walker Creek Reservoir. There is a glorious hiking trail close to Red Lake called the Trail of the Ancients. Lakes are brilliant; Cottonwood Lake is a lake that's near Red Lake.
