For the duration of the summertime months at Red Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter the highs are usually in the 30's; night lows in the 0's for Red Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uinta Mountains. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Uinta Mountains has to offer.       Leidy Peak is easy to spot from Red Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Steinaker Motel. Having a wonderful time in the Uinta Mountains is painless. If you need a site to stay Vacation Inn is a good choice; the Dry Fork Trail offers hiking at its best. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Red Lake. Why not camp at Brown Lake Campground since you're here at Red Lake, and Red Lake is right by the Uinta Highline Trail.                  This lake is so wonderful. Red Lake is a place with many visitors from Vernal, and camping at Red Lake is fine fun, Deep Creek Campground is a fine local campground. Around Red Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; May is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture.
