Nice lake, tough hike, and windy. Fished in late July, fishing was fair, but the size of the fish were between 14-19 inches. Wind was really blowing the day I fished here.

Go to Red Castle Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Do stop at Lower Red Castle Lake in the neighborhood of Red Castle Lake, it's a stunning lake, and if you're going to from Evanston, you won't be the only one. Porcupine Pass is a magnificent spot to go to close by. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Red Castle Lake has to offer, you can camp at Trail Head Campground. | | typically in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's while Red Castle Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Red Castle Lake that you need to camp here for a while, China Meadows Campground is a wonderful place for that, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along | |

the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Uinta Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
So much exciting stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains, not enough time. In the event that you don't mind
getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Blacks Fork - West Fork, and Blacks Fork - East Fork is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. This place, the Uinta Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. A
pleasant view of stunning Red Castle is available from Red Castle Lake; going for a hike along the High Line Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. At Red Castle Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the
wettest month of the year is typically September, that's the one that rains the most; January is the month with the least moisture.
So much cool stuff to do here at Red Castle Lake, too splendid to be true. Castle Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail.
