Many people like to go to Potters Ponds. Around Potters Ponds you don’t get a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls all through March; the driest month is June. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Potters Ponds. While you're here at Potters Ponds it's a brilliant idea to stop by Sheep Flat, and there's whitewater on Cottonwood Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Camping is available at Seely Creek Campground.

| | During the long summer days highs here at Potters Ponds get into the 80's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, usually in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Potters Ponds are in the 0's. Why not go to Potters Pond Number Two Dam while you're here, and after a long day outdoors Angel Inn Womens Child Center is a nice location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. a hike on the CCC Trail, and Horseshoe Mountain Lodge is a wonderful spot to get some rest. Since you're here at Potters Ponds why not go to Bacon Rind Canyon, and camping at Forks of Huntington Campground is always a wonderful
experience. Potters Ponds is right by the Reeder Trail, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Huntington Creek.
