Potter Lake is regularly a quite dry place; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Uinta Mountains has to offer. This lake is so wonderful. Gabbro Pass is a great place to go to close by, and on a pretty day you acquire a great vista of Mount Untermann from Potter Lake. Potter Lake is a beautiful lake in the Uinta       Mountains. Potter Lake is a great place to camp, Paradise Campground is a great place, and going for a hike along the Dry Fork Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Just can't get enough of Potter Lake. Camping at Potter Lake is good fun, Brown Lake Campground is a good local campground; at Potter Lake you always meet someone from Vernal. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Uinta Mountains rocks! While you're here at Potter                  Lake you can take a hike along the Icy Hill Dugway, and lakes are such serene locations, why not visit Pollen Lake. On a delightful day at Potter Lake you can take a hike along the Uinta Highline Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Uinta River. Summertime highs at Potter Lake usually tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's.
