A magnificent nearby hotel is Best Western Holiday Hills; hiking is a popular thing to do around Porcupine Reservoir; Smith Morehouse Trail is a magnificent local trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Camperworld Knotty Pine is a splendid place to do that, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Chalk Creek. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location.       This is a wonderful vicinity for people who like lakes. Beaver Meadow Reservoir is a lake in close proximity. There's so much to do here at Porcupine Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Smith and Morehouse Campground is a good place for that. Porcupine Reservoir is ordinarily a reasonably dry place; most of the rain falls through April, and July meanwhile is the driest month. After a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Inn Evanston WY is a perfect                  place to spend a night or two, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Notch Mountain Trail.
