Around Pleasant Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August; the driest month of the year is February. You simply must adore Pleasant Lake. Don't leave Pleasant Lake without first going for a hike along the Pollywog Lake Trail, and you can run the rapids of Fremont River. Throughout the summer at Pleasant Lake highs are generally in the 80's, and through the night       it cools down to the 40's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 30's, and night lows at Pleasant Lake through the winter commonly sink into the 0's. There are splendid places to explore along the Aquarius Trail, and going for a hike on the Indian Trail is always a good adventure. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Pleasant Lake has to offer, you can camp at Oak Creek Campground, and after a long day outdoors                  Cactus Hills Ranch Motel is a brilliant location to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Pleasant Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pleasant Creek Campground is a good location for that, and a tremendous location is Long Draw. Pleasant Creek Meadow is a perfect location; if you need a spot to stay Pine Shadows Bungalows is a pleasant choice. This lake is so wonderful.
