That right there is lots already, but it carries on; Pittsburg Lake has it all. If you're hooked on cool geologic traits, try Devils Castle, and there's whitewater on East Canyon Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. The Wasatch Range scenery is always beautiful. The peak of Mount Baldy can be distinguished from Pittsburg Lake, and Pittsburg Lake is right by the Indian Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the       cool stuff in the Wasatch Range. Head up to Alta and strap some skis to your feet, and Dry Fork is in the vicinity, and is a fine place. Through the summer at Pittsburg Lake highs are commonly in the 90's with overnight lows in the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Pittsburg Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Mount Timpanogos                  Trail, and a trip to Albion Basin invigorates the spirit. All year is a perfect time in the Wasatch Range if you fancy the outdoors. There are some good whitewater spots on Provo River, and if you need a place to stay Westgate Park City Resort And Spa is a great choice. So much exciting stuff in the Wasatch Range, just striking. This is a popular location for people from Provo-Orem, and if you've had enough of Pittsburg Lake, Lake Catherine is close by. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is glorious at Brighton, and Shaffer Fork is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting.
