You should definitely dedicate some time to Snow Basin while you're here at Pineview Reservoir; camping at Wildcat Campground is always a nice experience. Pineview Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Wasatch
Range. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Weber River close to Pineview Reservoir, and at Pineview Reservoir you can distinguish Sardine Peak.
And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do in the neighborhood
of Pineview Reservoir. If you're a golfer then a great close by course is Mount Ogden Golf Course, and why not head up to Wolf Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. High temperatures at Pineview Reservoir during the warm months
are in the 90's with overnight lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Pineview Reservoir. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wasatch
Range. Get your pulse rate up on the brilliant whitewater of Ogden River; there's some flowing water nearby, Chicken Spring Creek is a stream you can take a look at while you're here.
