In Utah there are many beautiful lakes, Petes Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Wonderland Inn, and don't forget to take a perfect little trip to Government Creek. If the weather is great here at Petes Pond, you can go for a hike along the Jackson Dugway, and Hemlock Meadow is a pretty spot any time of year. If you need a spot to stay Torrey-Days Inn Capitol Reef N.P. is a wonderful choice. There's so much to do here at Petes Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Red
Rock Restaurant and Campground is a good place for that. At Petes Pond throughout the warm months highs are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at
Petes Pond dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Fremont River for all you adrenaline junkies.
