Why not camp at Joes Valley Reservoir - Manti-LaSal National Forest if you're here at Petes Hole; good hiking is available along the Chris Otteson Trail. There are plenty of folks from Price here at Petes Hole; a delightful place to camp here at Petes Hole is Forks Of Huntington - Manti-LaSal National Forest. Summertime highs at Petes Hole regularly tend to be in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's.       Through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Petes Hole during the wintertime regularly sink into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Do set aside some time for Hadden Flat while you're here at Petes Hole, and a journey to Petes Hole wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Hadden Holes. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on San Rafael River, and don't leave Petes Hole without first going for a hike along the Gunnison                  Trail.
