Man, is there plenty of cool things to do near Park Reservoir. You can run the rapids of Big Cottonwood Creek right next door to Park Reservoir; there are good sites to look at along the The Sheep Trail. A brilliant place to camp here at Park Reservoir is Box Elder Campground - Wasatch-Cache National Forest; if you need a place to stay Country Club Inn & Suites is a wonderful choice. High temperatures at       Park Reservoir through the long summer days are in the 90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's with temperatures at Park Reservoir dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. And that's not everything you can do here in the Wasatch Range. It's always magnificent to take a look at Casto Spring, and Carrigan Canyon is a great place to go to. Just can't get enough                  of the Wasatch Range. A pleasant site for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Park Reservoir is Little Cottonwood Creek; the slopes of Snowbird are so inviting nobody can resist. What would winter be without some skiing at Alta, and Mountain Dell Golf Course is a nice golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Salt Lake City here at Park Reservoir, and you can go for a hike on the Lake Desolation Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Skyline Inn is a wonderful location to get some rest, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Terminal Reservoir. Looking for a great spree? California National Historic Trail is quite next to Park Reservoir, and camping is available at Bridger Lake Campground - Wasatch-Cache National Forest. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great globe it would be. Around Park Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; through April this area sees the most rain; the driest month is July.
