If you are in Beaver county it's always a good idea to stop by Otter Lake. Otter Lake is close to Blainies Dam which is a delightful place certainly worth a visit; everybody loves Big Flat. Throughout the summertime, highs regularly are in the 80's at Otter Lake. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Otter Lake. Near Otter Lake you find the Tushar Trail

| | which is a splendid hiking trail; unsurprisingly Beetle Creek flows through this area.
Paddling on Sevier River is so much fun; if you came for an overnight stay Kents Lake Campground is a delightful location to camp. Puffer Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and at Otter Lake you can observe Lake Peak. If the weather is tremendous here at Otter Lake, you can go for a hike along the Skyline National Recreation Trail; the snow is great at Elk Meadows.

This lake is so wonderful. Clear Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Butch Cassidy Inn is a great choice. Around Otter Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the month
of August is the wettest with most of the rain while June is mostly the driest month. And that's not all you can do here at Otter Lake. The Bullion Trail is a nice hiking trail close to Otter Lake, and why not camp at City Creek Campground
while you're here at Otter Lake.
That right there is a heap already, but it keeps on going; Otter Lake has it all. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Otter Lake, you could also stop by gorgeous Mirror Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Beaver-Days Inn.
