There's so much to do here at Olsen Slough that you need to camp       here for a while, Lund's Drive In and Campground is a good site for that, and as expected, this is a fine region for folks who like lakes, Willow Creek Reservoir is a lake close by. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Salina/Scenic Hills Area is a great choice, and get drenched paddling on Salina Creek. Olsen Slough is usually a quite dry location; the month with most of the rain is October; the driest month is June. You'll need more than a day to discover                  everything Olsen Slough has to offer, you can camp at Lunds Campground; a magnificent close by hotel is Rodeway Inn Salina. So many amusing things close to Olsen Slough, definitely mind-blowing.
