This lake is so wonderful. Get covered with water paddling on Ogden River, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Wolf Mountain is reasonably near. It is very dried out here at Northwest Reservoir generally; April is when you get the most rain here, and July on the other hand is the driest. Northwest Reservoir is located in the Wasatch Range. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Wasatch Range. Northwest       Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Jefferson Hunt Campground is a good local campground, and if you're stopping by from Ogden-Clearfield, you won't be the only one. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Camping at South Arm Campground is always a great experience, and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Skyline Trail. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is plentiful here in the Wasatch Range. A day                  on the slopes of Snowbasin is just what you need, and if you need a place to stay Ogden Days Inn is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ogden River - South Fork; after a long day outdoors Best Western Canyon Pines is a glorious site to spend a night or two. Lakes are such calm places, why not visit Wilkinson Reservoir right next door to Northwest Reservoir; you might also want to pay a visit to Bohman Hollow while you're here at Northwest Reservoir. The warmest time of the year at Northwest Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's.
