The beauty of North Pond is reason enough to stop by. A good place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of North Pond is Ogden River; North Pond is a brilliant place to visit for more than one day, Golden Spike RV Park is a brilliant place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Wolf Mountain is a very popular ski area around here, and the Skyline Trail is a great hiking trail close by.

| | choice, and you can stay the night at Brigham City Koa Kampground. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to North Pond while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at North Pond sink into the 10's. It is very dried out here at North Pond regularly; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July.

This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Weber River in the vicinity of North Pond; dry warm beds await you at Crystal Inn Brigham City.
