Hey Rob when did you go and how was the weather?  We are heading out fathers day weekend.



Rob:
Spent the weekend at Navajo. Caught 1 fish on fly rod from my float tube. Weather was nice, wind picked up on saturday. Didnt see alot of fish caught. Will not give up this lake though. I really liked the drive from Vegas and wish I had longer to stay and search the area.

    A visit to Navajo Lake is always a good idea. And if you're still looking for more outdoors exciting stuff just keep reading. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Aspen-Mirror Lake, and you can stay the night at Spruces Campground. After a long day outdoors Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and the Spruce Trail offers hiking at its best. All through the summertime months highs here at  
   Navajo Lake get into the 80's. Summer night lows sink down to the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are typically in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Navajo Lake drop into the 10's.
A splendid close by hotel is Cedar Breaks Lodge and Spa. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Navajo Lake has to offer, you can camp at Navajo Lake Campground. Not much rain falls here at Navajo Lake; the wettest month
 
               of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most, and June on the other hand is the driest. This is a good region for folks who like lakes. Cow Lake is a lake in close proximity; hey, Gotta ski right? Brian Head is a nice spot to do that.
This lake is so wonderful. Cascade Falls is a delightful site to check out while you're at Navajo Lake, and pleasant hiking is available along the Alpine Pond Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You might want to pay a visit to Deer Valley since you're here at Navajo Lake; there's splendid hiking along the Rattlesnake Creek Trail.
